What kind of sweatshirts do you sew on?
We sew 99% of our hoodies on 10 oz. Gildan Heavyweight Hooded Sweatshirts. These are seriously the best hoodies for making Greek Letters. They are soft, warm, thick, sew great, and fit cozy on pretty much everybody. Sometimes, if the Gildan's are out of stock we'll substitute a similar hoodie from another brand, but only well known hoodie manufacturers like Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, or Champion. All Hoodies are approximately 90%/10% Cotton/Polyester blends.

How do the sweatshirts fit?
The Gildan Hoodies we use are pretty much sized to fit both men and women. Unless you're sporting a third arm they'll fit pretty much the same as any other high quality hoodie you've ever worn. You can check out a sizing chart here.

What kind of stitching do you use?
We sew all of our hoodies with high quality satin stitching for the simple reason that it looks way tighter than zigzag stitching. Plus, we would never want to offer anything but the absolute best when it comes to something as important as a Greek Hoodie. How long does it take to ship Greek Hoodies?
Greek Hoodies are usually shipped between 5-7 days from the time we get an order. Sometimes it may take a day or two longer if a certain color or size is out of stock, but we'll always send you an email and let you know what's going on. The majority of our competitors take about 2-3 weeks to ship custom individual orders!

Can I order in bulk?
Quantity discounts are available for houses that want to order more than one of the same hoodie. To qualify for these discounts all the hoodies need to have the same color foreground a nd background color. How much is shipping on GreekHoodies.com?
Shipping on GreekHoodies.com is calculated by using the exact shipping charges from the UPS ratebook, with no markup. You pay whatever we pay to ship you hoodies. Depending on where you live, this is usually about $8-10 for the first hoodie and then another $1-2 for each additional hoodie. It saves a ton of money to ship more than one hoodie at a time, so if you have multiple people in your house ordering, it makes sense to place one order for all your hoodies.

Can you sew Greek letters on anything other than hoodies, like t-shirts or crew necks?
We know that lots of houses have a set of letters on t-shirts or crew necks sweatshirts, or even zippies. If you would like a quote on these items please fill out this custom quote request form and we'll give you a custom quote. If we get enough requests we'll just add those categories to the main site and offer them to everybody.

Can I add numbers or other embroidery to my hoodie?
Bond numbers can be added to bulk orders but not to individual orders, at least not yet. We may add this if there is enough demand for it. For now, if you would like a whole set of letters complete with bond numbers or other embellishment please complete this form and we will provide you with a custom quote.

What is your return policy?
We work very hard to make sure all of your Greek Hoodies come out perfect, and usually they do. Unfortunately, we're human and sometimes we make mistakes. If we make an honest mistake on your hoodie we'll not only replace it for free, but we'll also pay for you to ship the bad hoodie back to us. In lots of cases, the problem will be something superficial like using the wrong shade of blue on the letters. In situations like this, where there's nothing wrong with the hoodie, we'll usually even let you keep the mistaken hoodie for a big discount.

Can I use my own fabric?
Using custom fabric is a great way to make your hoodie unique. To have your hoodie sewn with custom fabric just send us an 1/8th yard of fabric per hoodie. So a full yard or fabric will usually make about 8 hoodies. This is probably enough to make closer to 12-15 hoodies but sometimes we need a little extra fabric. Try not to send us real thin and flimsy fabric as it will make your hoodie look less professional. Using custom fabric will add about a 7 days to your order, provided you ship us the fabric right away.
